It’s been quiet, I know. Things have been changing over at LTLB HQ, and we’re finally back to restart this newsletter.

why a newsletter?

Because social media algorithms are, frankly, the worst. Shadowbanning? Endless scrolling? We’re so over it. The algorithms decide what shows up and it feels like we’re shouting into the void sometimes.

This newsletter is different. It’s a way to connect directly with you without middleman Meta getting in the way.

This newsletter is also my way of connecting with those on their zen, low screen-time journey.

I’m that girl with 1,382 unread emails, so trust me, I get it. This newsletter will be monthly - just one thoughtful, spam-free email to keep us connected.
